BaliEdge is the meeting point of three things we care about: making Bali accessible to travellers who want something quieter than Seminyak, building villas we'd live in ourselves, and managing them like they are our own — because, for eight of them, they are.

How it started

Jean-Baptiste and Olivier met in Bali in the early 2020s — one with a background in finance and development, the other in hospitality operations. Pererenan was already shifting from sleepy fishing village to sought-after neighbourhood, and we saw a gap: villas were being thrown up fast, sold faster, and then managed badly. We set out to do the opposite.

What we built

Our flagship project is Blue Origin Bali — eight private-pool villas tucked into Pererenan's rice fields and treetop sunset belt. Delivered on schedule. Rated 4.9★ on Airbnb, with Superhost status since day one, over 100 completed stays, and under 1% cancellations. Two lines: Rice Field for morning-mist mornings, Sunset for west-facing golden hours.

Next door, Kivo Residence — a 26-unit residential development delivered in 2026 by Prestige Bali Group. Same standards. Same on-site team.

Coming in 2027: Bingin Boutique Villas (Uluwatu) and Blue Origin V2 — a ten-villa extension of our Pererenan flagship.
