No hidden fees, no games. Here's exactly how we handle bookings, payments, and cancellations.
Payment
We charge the full amount at the time of booking via Stripe. Payment is processed in USD by Libecciu Capital LLC (our US holding company). Stripe will automatically convert to your card's currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For bank transfers or payments in EUR or IDR, contact us directly.
Cancellation
- More than 7 days before check-in: full refund, no questions asked.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: non-refundable.
- No-show or early departure: no refund.
To cancel, simply reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.
Length-of-stay discounts
We automatically apply the following discounts to your total accommodation cost:
- 7 to 13 nights: 10% off
- 14 to 27 nights: 15% off
- 28+ nights: 25% off
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged depending on the next guest's schedule — just ask our concierge.
Occupancy
Each villa is a one-bedroom private pool villa sleeping up to 2 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written agreement.
House rules
- No parties or events.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Please respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) out of consideration for our neighbours.
Damages and incidentals
We do not collect a security deposit. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed at departure and billed to the card on file.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, airport closure, civil unrest, government order), we will issue a full credit for future stays, redeemable within 12 months. Cash refunds in force majeure situations are at our discretion.
