How do I book a villa?
Select your dates on our booking page — we'll show you which of our eight villas are available with live pricing. Choose the one you love, enter your details, and pay securely via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
What is the minimum stay?
We have a minimum of 2 nights for most dates. Certain peak periods (Christmas, New Year, Nyepi) may require longer stays. The booking calendar will show the applicable minimum for your selected dates.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes — we automatically apply length-of-stay discounts: 10% off for 7+ nights, 15% off for 14+ nights, and 25% off for 28+ nights. The discount is shown directly on the booking page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
How many people can stay in each villa?
Each of our eight villas is a one-bedroom private pool villa sleeping up to 2 guests comfortably. They are designed for couples, solo travellers, and quiet escapes.
What is included in the stay?
Private pool, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, high-speed WiFi, premium linens, and our on-site concierge team. Rice Field villas overlook the paddies; Sunset villas face west for golden-hour views.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included by default but can be arranged with our concierge — we work with local chefs and can source everything from traditional Balinese to continental options.
How far are the villas from the beach?
Pererenan beach is a 10-minute walk from the villas. Canggu's main beach clubs (La Brisa, La Baracca) are a 5-10 minute scooter ride away.
How far is the airport?
Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is approximately 45-60 minutes by car, depending on traffic. We can arrange a private transfer — just let us know your flight details after booking.
Can I book with a friend or family — two villas side by side?
Yes. Several of our villas share walls or gardens, making them perfect for groups who want privacy plus proximity. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll advise on the best configuration for your party.
Do you accept payments in currencies other than USD?
Our primary pricing is in USD. Stripe will convert to your card's currency at checkout using the latest exchange rate. We can also accept bank transfers in EUR or IDR on request.
Can I extend my stay once I'm there?
Absolutely — subject to availability. Just let our concierge team know and we'll check the calendar and send you a simple extension invoice.
